Role Details
* You will be working an average of 35 hours per week. Earliest shift times will start at 0600 am, lates 23.00pm including a combination of early, late and weekend working.
* You must be able to arrange your own transport to ensure timely arrival for early and late shifts. Full training and a uniform are provided upon joining.
* Please note that applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
* It is a requirement that candidates can reliably travel to and from their agreed booking location at the scheduled times.
* Full uniform will be provided to ensure that you embrace our values as a brand.
* You should already have a Train Dispatch background and previous experience in a front facing customer environment.
* The successful applicant will be required to attend a medical, as all offers are subject to passing a safety critical medical.

Join Our Team as a Platform Team Leader at Stratford station.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide a safe environment whilst delivering effective customer service and seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience at our station. You will be responsible for managing a team of dispatchers and leading them in matters regarding safety, security, safe and punctual dispatch of trains, and work in accordance of the rule book and operational standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Create a welcoming environment while providing pro-active assistance to customers on and off trains.
* Maintain and feel comfortable providing top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, especially at busier stations like Liverpool Street.
* Support customers with mobility impairments to ensure a smooth journey.
* Collaborate with Drivers and Conductors to ensure smooth communication and service.
* Comply with safety regulations, reporting faults and hazards as necessary, as you will be responsible for the safe and punctual dispatch of trains. Collaborate with other areas of the business when required to ensure operational efficiency, whilst providing support and assistance to customers during disruption.
* You will be responsible for maintaining security of the station premises at all times and carry out winter precautions as per station requirements.
