Your duties will include:
• Collaborating with marketing and public relations teams to develop event concepts, set budgets, and establish deadlines.
• Managing event budgets, invoicing, and logistics.
• Sourcing and negotiating with vendors to ensure quality services.
• Overseeing event promotions, communications, and branding.
• Supervising caterers, junior event coordinators, and security teams.
• Resolving guest inquiries and issues promptly.
• Approving all event activities.
• Preparing detailed reports and presenting event summaries to management.
The ideal candidate will:
• Carry a deep understanding of wedding and event planning, as well as hotel operations.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Have a passion for creating exceptional events and exceeding guest expectations.
• Be available for part-time work (15-20 hours/week) with flexible shifts to accommodate company needs.
