Job Description
At Frasers Group Financial Services, we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for anambitious Finance Business Partner to join us on a 6 Month FTC to provide compliant and effective Finance Business partnering with our IT, Change and Commercial teams, leading and managing the development and delivery of value adding and fit for purpose functional financial planning, management, analysis and reporting, aligned to the overall FGFS financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working as a member of the Finance team and with FGFS Functional leaders for the month end reporting process
2. Providing and owning functional financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring that commercial benefits are realised and aligned to functional goals and objectives
3. Ensuring adherence to financial regulatory, financial services regulatory and legislative standards and expectations
4. Risk Management
Qualifications
5. Studying or Qualified Accountant
6. Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
7. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
8. Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk
9. A proven track record in a complex business environment
10. Proven ability to business partner and communicates with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately
11. Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
12. Ability to influence and strategically partner
13. Strong Excel and modelling skills
