You'll move into a hands-on, client-facing position where you'll lead projects from costing through to completion - supported by a dedicated internal team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver food industry projects ranging from £2,000 to £5 million Liaise directly with clients as the key point of contact, building long-term relationships Coordinate labour, materials, risk assessments, method statements, and contractors Ensure all health and safety regulations are met across sites Monitor budgets and progress to deliver on-time, in-scope and to standard Travel to client sites and attend team meetings in Potters Bar (weekly/fortnightly) What We’re Looking For: Practical experience in the food sector - e.g. engineering, site management, hygiene management, health and safety etc Strong organisational skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders A good understanding of project workflows, people coordination, and basic budgeting Awareness of health and safety compliance on active sites A proactive communicator who enjoys taking ownership Willing to travel and comfortable with a remote-first setup Full UK driving licence Location: West London (remote with travel) Hours: Full-time, permanent Office: Occasional visits to Potters Bar HQ Ready to take the next step in your career?
