One of our partners work within the data consultancy/construction industry and we're helping them build their finance team. We have placed a number of former professional athletes into roles across various business functions, but as this is a specialist/senior role this person does not need to have an athletic past (although that would be amazing). Key Responsibilities: Lead financial compliance across group entities, including tax and audit. Oversee management and project accounting, consolidated reporting, and ERP system improvements. Liaise with parent company finance teams and external auditors. Manage corporate and VAT tax compliance and provide Board-level financial presentations. Drive ERP system transition and ensure team training. Monitor and enhance internal audit policies for optimal efficiency. Key Requirements: Proven experience in leading finance teams and working in multi-currency environments. Strong ERP system knowledge, ideally with implementation experience. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, formatting). Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently under pressure with a proactive attitude.
