Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices. Maintain a professional demeanour at all times, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Resolve payment processing issues, ensuring smooth transactions for customers. Confirm transactions through payment gateways and provide support in troubleshooting payment-related concerns. Skills Proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (Bilingual/Multilingual). Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in up selling products or services is an advantage. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
