Head of Projects - The Resolute Group

Location: Dartford (Hybrid working 3 days on-site and 2 days from home)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 basic + Travel + Package (Flexible for the right person and experience)

Infraco is a specialist consultancy within the utilities and infrastructure sector, challenging conventional approaches and operating more intelligently to achieve optimal results for their clients.
They have experience across some of the largest programmes in the UK, including Sizewell B, East West Railway, Lower Thames Crossing, Thames Water, and HS2.
Role Description:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be part of the team overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and supporting the team to ensure projects meet quality, scope, time, and budget requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess some experience in the infrastructure sector or have started their career in Project Management within Water, Rail, Highways, Power, or Energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Development: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies.
* Project Execution & Management: Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
* Budget Management: Ensure project budgets are effectively managed and report on budget performance.
* Schedule Management: Work with the Planning team to develop and maintain project schedules.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
* Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders.
* Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular project reports.
* Contract Management: Manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
This role is aimed at developing your career in Project Management and becoming a future leader in the Utilities sector.
Required Experience:
* Experience working within a consultancy or client organisation as a Graduate ideally.
* Full driving licence.
