As a Secretary you will be: Receiving and record typing, checking, and amending for spelling and grammatical errors, completing within given deadlines. Participating in the administration, development and evaluation of regulatory matters. Co-ordinating the hospital diary and the whereabouts of the clinicians Booking in meetings Arranging Conference Calls Dealing with medical enquiries and referrals on behalf of RCs.Source test results and ensure these are seen by the RC and uploaded onto EPR. Undertaking administrative duties in connection with audit and research as appropriate. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and organisational skills. Interpersonal Skills The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A flexible can do attitude. Minute taking and audio typist experience. The service is split into four distinct areas: Male Autism Service for the challenging and complex needs of adults with Autism and Asperger’s syndrome Assessment and rehabilitation for women with complex mental health needs and personality difficulties Specialist inpatient service for older men with complex mental health and physical health needs. Low secure care setting for men with a mental illness with or without personality disorder/mild learning disabilities You will be working alongside the team with the aim to improve the mental health and wellbeing of service users, to help them develop and maintain healthy relationships with others.
