About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teachers for day-to-day supply roles in New Milton, with a focus on supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Key Responsibilities:
* Provide engaging, differentiated instruction to support pupils with SEN
* Adapt teaching strategies to cater to various learning styles and needs
* Work collaboratively with SEN support staff, following individual learning plans
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
* Ensure consistency in classroom management and pupil well-being
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Previous experience working with SEN pupils (preferred)
* A flexible and positive approach to teaching and classroom management
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff
* A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
