Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator (Account Support Executive), you will be responsible for paying our Customer and Dealer agreements in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to UK policies and procedures as outlined on a deal-by-deal basis. Performing all necessary controls and validation of contracts to the highest standard required for this role. An Account Executive will strive to become a subject matter expert exceeding both internal and external customer expectations daily.
Day to day:
* Process Contracts for activation and payout - Handling incoming contract documentation via our integrated digital systems. Ensuring all paperwork is present and correct in line with DLL policies and liaise seamlessly with joining functions where necessary. Complete all validation and compliance checks prior to activation.
* Maintain turnaround time for receiving documents to payout on a programmatic basis.
* Be responsible for managing an individual development plan to support initial training and progression through Account Executive levels. Complete key milestones ensuring all relevant regulatory examinations and training are successfully passed within given time frames.
* Engage in Digital transformation, supporting the business to evolve towards a digital future enabling faster more efficient funding for our customers.
* Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external to resolve queries. Delight our customers by going the extra mile at every opportunity during communication, both written and verbal.
* Live the DLL values, demonstrating daily consistent application to these.
