Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Mental Health Team Location: Worcestershire Rate: £33.30 per hour An exciting job role has recently become available at Worcestershire. They are looking for a new member for their Adults Mental Health Team. Responsibilities: To work in partnership and engage other professionals to ensure there is a multi-agency approach which enables the adult and/or their carer to live as independently as possible. To meet statutory requirements including best practice in relation to the principles of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Mental Health Act 1983. As an experienced social worker, it is a requirement to be autonomous in the application of relevant legislation, policy, procedures and social work theory.
