Due to continued success and expansion, my client are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their exciting, growing and vibrant team! You could be joining an established and prosperous international recruitment business headquartered in the heart of London.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. (i.e. email, blogs, social media)
* Devising strategies to drive lead generation and increase online traffic to company website
* Content creation for social media and copywriting for blogs, case studies and other material to increase reach and engagement.
* Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
* Measuring and reporting performance of assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
* Identifying trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
* Managing the ongoing development of the company website- improving usability, design, content and conversion.
* Executing on budgetary spend across all marketing.
* Collaboration with and management of agencies and other partners.
About you:
* 3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within the recruitment industry or sales environment.
* Strong relationship-building skills actively engage global and local stakeholders.
* Skilled and proven experience ideating and bringing new internal and external brand and awareness campaigns and ideas to life.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Adept at using data and analytics to track and measure results and inform decision-making and strategy direction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing their marketing strategy. You will lead their marketing campaigns, evaluate their marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
