* Required to organise and prepare payment runs as well as adhoc payment requests.
* Lease system admin
* Online banking administration
* Allocation of sales and purchase ledger payments
* Assisting with organising and reviewing of company car purchases / hire agreements.
* Regular liaison with management and colleagues across all our 16 UK and Ireland depots.
* Maintaining and developing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
* Undertaking general administration tasks and providing support across the team when necessary, including some ledger work
* Assistance with carbon footprint reporting
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience within accounts or administration in a busy office environment
* Studying or wanting to study a Financial qualification.
* Have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, including look ups and pivot tables.
* Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional and persuasive telephone manner.
* A keen eye for detail, including data input/order processing skills.
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Clean Driving License preferred.
* Previous experience using Open Accounts would be ideal
