I am looking for a dynamic Agile Business Analyst to play a key role in enhancing the front-end digital journey for credit card applications and usage across our platforms and websites.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, design, and customer experience, ensuring seamless and user-friendly digital banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance the digital customer journey for credit card applications and transactions.
* Define and refine user stories, ensuring clear business and technical requirements.
* Conduct process mapping to optimize customer interactions and streamline workflows.
* Work within an Agile environment, participating in sprints and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
* Understand and apply Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles to ensure efficient and high-quality product delivery.
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, UX designers, and technical teams to drive innovative digital solutions.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst, ideally within digital banking or financial services.
* Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
* Experience in front-end digital journey design for financial products, particularly credit cards.
* Ability to create and refine user stories and conduct process mapping.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
