Permanent Part time (27 hours per week) Multiple locations Our Security arm is growing with new customers and projects. We manage security at most of Stockport Council’s major buildings as well as schools and business parks. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Security Team and have an opportunity available for a Security Guard to join us. Joining Three Sixty as a Security Guard you will be posted to one of the Civic sites we guard around the borough. You will be a customer facing representative of Three Sixty and be able to deal with many situations calmly and resolve them without undue distress. You will patrol adjacent car parks during your shift as well as respond to incidents in other Civic buildings within Stockport. You may also investigate and reset alarm activations, take keys to clients and open or secure properties for them and assist in evacuations when required. There will never be two shifts the same Working with the SHG CCTV Control Room you will be directed by radio and tablet to perform many varied responses. Company uniform, tablet, phone, radio and any relevant equipment will be provided. You will liaise with both clients and customers and will undertake planned patrols – using a tour guard system - working to a daily diarised appointment system, as well as immediate responses whilst adhering to relevant Health and Safety legislation. You will identify and report any incidents – break ins, damage, unsecured windows, doors, shutters, where needed by reporting back to the Control Room. You will help liaise with clients at scenes as well as working with GMP. You will be giving detailed reports and statements – as well as working with officers from Stockport Council. With excellent customer service skills, representing Three Sixty, you will have good Health and Safety knowledge, with excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal. To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a relevant SIA licence. A full UK driving licence would be an advantage as well as experience with various alarm panels. Ideal candidates will have experience of working with Microsoft Office and tour guard systems as well as the ability to log work electronically.
