Founded in 2001 and part of a wider telecommunications group we are a growing MSP supporting a wide variety of Industries across Essex, London and the Southeast.
Together with your excellent troubleshooting skills we would like you to have approximately 2 years experience in the following areas:
All Windows operating systems including Windows Server (2016 -2022)
Microsoft 365 (Office/Exchange/Sharepoint/Onedrive/Teams)
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
Desktop and server hardware
Networking infrastructure
Cyber Security infrastructure and best practices
It would be advantageous if you have any knowledge of the following:
Autotask PSA
ITGlue
Datto RMM
Microsoft Azure (Entra/Intune)
macOS
