We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to manage asbestos surveys and removal work, coordinating activity across repairs and maintenance teams to improve their approach.
Responsibilities:
* Manage asbestos surveys and removal work
* Coordinate asbestos activity across repairs and maintenance teams
* Improve the approach of repair and maintenance teams in relation to asbestos
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction surveying, particularly in housing, with a strong understanding of asbestos regulations and best practices.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
