We’re working with a leading healthcare organisation, delivering exceptional mental health services, and we’re looking for an Programme Delivery Manager to drive the successful transition of inpatient services to a new state-of-the-art hospital. If you have a background in large-scale project management within healthcare and a passion for driving organisational change, this could be the role for you!
As an Programme Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of operational delivery for the programme, including workforce planning, equipment procurement, and the development of operational policies and procedures. You will work closely with clinical and operational teams, ensuring the smooth transition of services from the current facility to the new hospital.
💥 As the Programme Delivery Manager, you will:
* Lead the operational delivery of the programme, ensuring effective preparation and service transfer to the new facility.
* Manage workforce planning, training, and familiarisation for staff and service users.
* Work with various teams to develop strategies for equipment procurement and provision.
* Lead on the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
* Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the transition, including clinical, estates, HR, and finance teams.
* Provide leadership and direction for the successful transition and commissioning of services to the new hospital.
* Support the post-opening transition phase to ensure a seamless service operation.
💥 What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in senior management roles within healthcare, with responsibility for staff and budget management.
* Track record of implementing new services or substantial service re-configurations.
* Experience with managing large-scale projects and organisational change.
* Strong knowledge of performance management, patient service delivery, and workforce planning.
* Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
