Support team lead in change initiatives Responsible for Matrix compliance management, monitoring and reporting (incl. client specific reports) and course deviations. Responsible for onboarding and management of new starts training compliance in accordance with Wood standards and procedures Accountable for Training Management Systems - training records data entry and matrix management Focal point for commercial, payroll and account enquiries Support the implementation of revised training and competence frameworks Running weekly data checks on gaps, expiries and deviations ensuring the training management service provider (TMS) are adhering to Wood policy and procedures Running weekly data checks on pre-employment gaps and expiries ensuring adherence to Wood policy and procedures Management and administration of competence-related pay increments Subject Matter Expertise: Provide the business with support and advice on training and competence matters Support in the development of training processes Responsible for ensuring legislative compliance with awarding body standards Provide information and support to the contract teams and the training management service provider (TMS) Identify problems and come up with solutions General: Administration of Vocational Qualifications and In-House Logbooks including applications of accredited certification where applicable Co-ordination of in-house training requirements as directed by the business Provide administrative support to Competence Assurance Team including the electronic competence management system (CMS) Participate in standalone projects as required Support internal and external audits Responsible for efficient response times to Skillspool and individual mailboxes, ORC and Everything People queries Proactive ownership of data stored in various systems within business area What makes you remarkable? Knowledge, skills and experience: Typically requires some Training & Competence experience, preferably in a highly regulated process industry Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a high volume of work and to prioritise Clear understanding of technical disciplines and associated competencies Ability to analyse data and provide recommendations on findings Capability to advise and support on training and competence programmes Advanced level of competence in the application of standards, processes and procedures and how they are used in work execution Knowledge of applicable regulatory framework and associated legislation
