As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure our services are delivered to the highest standards. Job Summary: The Property Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising the maintenance team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all repair and maintenance work is carried out efficiently. This role requires hands-on experience in property maintenance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day property maintenance operations across domestic and commercial sites. Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure the team follows health and safety protocols. Inspect properties to identify issues and ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve any maintenance problems that arise, acting as the first point of contact for clients and team members. Communicate regularly with management regarding job progress, updates, and any issues that need attention. Liaise with clients, providing updates on ongoing projects and addressing any concerns or special requests. Manage resources effectively, including ordering supplies and coordinating with third-party contractors when necessary. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed, including work orders, reports, and timesheets. Keep up to date with the latest building maintenance techniques, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within property maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of various property maintenance trades (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and interact professionally with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good knowledge of health and safety regulations. Full UK driving license. Experience using maintenance management software (preferred but not essential). What We Offer: Salary: £35,000 per annum. Mileage: allowance for work-related travel or use of a company vehicle.
