We are seeking to recruit a Band 7 Team Manager for the East Complex Needs Team, who will play a vital role in embedding the new personality disorder pathway within our services.
The Complex Needs Team supports individuals with a diagnosis of, or suspected diagnosis of Personality Disorder. We offer NICE-approved interventions such as DBT, Structured Clinical Management, and MBT.
As team manager, you will be responsible for managing, leading, and being accountable for the provision of high-quality effective leadership and management of the Adult Complex Needs Service (East).
You will develop the team using a multidisciplinary approach and promote excellent working practice, promoting the rights of service users in line with national and regional strategies.
