About the Role: As an Admin Assistant, you will: Deliver an effective and efficient administrative service under the guidance of the PA/Office Manager. Manage conflicting demands and deadlines in a methodical and professional manner. Contribute to the planning and development of administrative procedures and systems. Support progress evenings and provide flexibility with working hours to meet the needs of the school. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents/carers, and staff. Maintain ICT systems with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Work both independently and collaboratively to support the school’s operations.
