Support Administrator
£13.30ph, NN17 1QE, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10am till 4pm, Permanent, Immediate Start
Due to continued success, an independent bespoke manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a pert-time support administrator to join them. You will provide administration support to the company owner, as well as other areas of the business when required:
Diary management, arrange supplier and customer meetings including travel and accommodation requirements when needed for the owner
Manning and action emails in their absence from the site
Processing orders for a small sub-department of the business, and raising P/O numbers and invoices
Managing the annual service diary for the company customers, contacting customers prior to service renewal date, arranging suitable time for service
Liaising with field service engineer, updating and issuing weekly service schedule
Ordering parts and consumables from supplier for field service engineer
We would expect the successful Support Administrator to be able to demonstrate good organisation and administration skills, and be an excellent communicator. Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within sales administration, sales support or a office administration position.
You will be joining a small manufacturing company that has been established for 15 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field.
