Responsibilities:
1. Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, etc.).
2. Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards.
3. Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth station operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
5. Assist with inventory and stock control.
6. Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Team player with good communication skills.
