Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a well-established Commercial Law Firm who are seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join the team.
The role responsibilities include:
1. Supporting in coordinating marketing and business development activity.
2. Acting as the single point of contact between the direct team and fee earners.
3. Supporting the Health Business Partner to prepare and issue monthly MI packs to senior management.
4. Coordinating health marketing activities and events – e.g., e-newsletters and articles.
5. Ensuring internal and external websites and intranet are up to date.
6. Working closely with Health Business Partner to ensure smooth new partner induction and onboarding.
7. Maintaining client data on CRM system
Experience required:
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Prioritisation and time management skills
10. Project Management experience
11. An understanding of market planning
