Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 base, plus OTE commission structure for 2025, dependent on experience

The Role:
Our client is seeking an exceptional Sales Account Manager to join their established sales and marketing team. This role offers an office-based foundation with regular opportunities for face-to-face customer interaction throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 B2B accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
* Follow up on leads generated through in-house online marketing campaigns.
* Maintain customer intelligence and key prospect data using CRM systems.
* Contribute to sales projects by introducing new products and incentives to clients.
* Address customer feedback and monitor competitive activity to support business strategies.
* Develop expertise in the team and sportswear market segment to enhance credibility and market presence.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office-based sales role or similar environment.
* Proven track record in outbound sales, with a focus on relationship building and lead conversion.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Willingness to travel up to 1-2 days per week to meet customers across the UK.
