The role will begin in June 2025, with a handover from the current manager in August. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, offering the potential for a permanent position, as the clinic is part of a larger healthcare group with opportunities for growth and development. As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth patient experience, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of practice. Your leadership will be key in supporting both the clinical and non-clinical teams. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic Overseeing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff Ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery Managing budgets and financial processes Liaising with the clinic’s healthcare group to ensure smooth operations Leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives for staff Maintaining health and safety, compliance, and regulatory standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar management role within a healthcare setting Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Additional Information: The role offers an excellent salary of up to £35,000, with a good work-life balance. Full-time hours, Monday to Thursday 08:15 – 17:30, and Friday 08:15 – 14:15. There is also the option to consider a 4-day workweek.
