Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit a Part time: Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential administration support to ensure their customers receive first rate service. Duties will include :
* Dealing with customer queries, following up on enquiries
* Processing orders through to payment
* Assisting with quotations, pricing, and invoicing
* Updating internal database and spreadsheets
* Liaison with a number of internal departments
* Additional ad hoc projects as and when required
What you will need to succeed:
* Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally from manufacturing or export although not essential
* Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same
* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
* Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
