The Role: We are looking for someone to provide remote administrative support to our ever growing Enablement team. You will have a positive outlook, strongattention to detailwith agenuine passion for Neurodiversity and Equality. You'll need to be a confident communicator, as youll be interacting with both our internal teams and external Partners. Key Responsibilities Check emails and promptly respond to Clients, Internal Colleagues and Trainers Ensure all training is booked to the required SLAs Chase outstanding POs for training and follow up on previous assessments to ensure training is provided Ensure the enablement checklist is kept fully up to date Assist with case management Provide cover for appointments and quotes when required Process all invoicing Assist with quote requests and answer questions for ATW Answer any Assistive Technology software questions that may arise What you'll bring: Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders Tenacious appetite for organisation A passion to learn or develop knowledge of the Neurodiversity space Knowledge & Skills: Excellent communication skills Good computer and system skills Highly Organised Close attention to detail Team player Good level of Microsoft Office Experience of administration work Customer Service experience Home Based Role: This role is a home based role. Initial training may be required to take place online, at our Head Office in Berwick (East Sussex) or other locations around the county. Once your training has been completed, you will predominantly be based from home however, there are activities including an annual conference, ongoing training and meetings that you will need to attend in-person with advance notice, where possible.
