I’m looking to appoint a Deputy Manager for their brand new home in Central London.\n\nOur client is looking for qualified candidates who will be an asset to their nursing team and promote an atmosphere which enables residents to live as independently as possible.\n\nDetails\n\nRole: Deputy Manager (RGN)\n\nHours: Full time\n\nShifts: Days\n\nSalary £70k per annum +\n \nThe Company\n\nMy client are a unique and niche luxury provider who are looking to create a uniquely devoted, compassionate, sensitive, and holistic approach to care.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nThe Deputy Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of clinical care and governance is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and leading the clinical team, providing strong clinical knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centered care, clinical care and dementia care.\n\nDelivering hands on care, safe drug administration and accurate record keeping.\nYou will also develop individualised care plans ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of our Client's service users are met.\nYou will ensure service users receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.\nYou would also be involved in building close relationships with healthcare professionals in the local community.\nMost importantly, you will be given the time to get to know our client's residents, and their families, enabling you to deliver a truly personalised model of care.\nOverseeing the care & clinical teams – working very closely with an experienced and clinically trained home manager.Experience Required\n\nValid NMC PIN\n2 years' Senior Nurse/Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager experience\nUpdate DBS check / willing to undergo a DBS check\nExperience of taking accountability for completing person centred care plans accurately and clearly\nWorking to the standards set by the Regulators and by external bodies\nExperience of proactively conducting and managing Residents’ reviews taking account of the Resident or their Representatives’ needs and wishesAdditional Benefits\n\nGenerous holiday allowance\nContinuous development opportunities, inc company sponsorship for professional and academic qualifications\nSupport you in planning for your future with our occupational pension scheme\nFree life assurance policyIf you are interested please apply.
