What you’ll do
Being a Regional Account Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
* Accountable for managing a large regional area, with responsibility for developing new and existing customer relationships and achieving business performance targets.
* Developing and implementing customer strategies and joint business plans that are relevant to consumer and customer needs. Negotiating contracts within agreed parameters.
* Managing the P&L, identifying levers and strategies to maximise profit.
* Owning your specific territory, this will involve devising your route plan, managing your own time, lead yourself and the channel.
* Drive existing and new business within territory to meet business targets.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
* A sales expert with a proven track record of exceeding sales performance.
* Proven ability to develop new business, enhance existing customer relationships, Joint Business Planning development, negotiation skills and account management.
* An understanding of the consumer market (FMCG, HoReCa, Hospitality preferred).
* Proven achievement against P&L targets, with exceptional flair for numbers and data analysis to drive performance.
* An abundance of drive, winning with customers and delivering results. Motivated to build, develop and maintain excellent win-win relationships with key customers within your region.
* Location - The ideal candidate will be based within the North East of England, Southwest or Midlands.
