Responsible to the Generalist Services Manager, this role is to work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) in supporting and delivering training opportunities to all volunteers, trustees and paid staff to ensure their competence and continuing development in their roles (both client-facing and non-client-facing), promoting quality and consistency across the organisation. This role would sit alongside HR Lead / with Worknest as Insured HR Provider.
Working hours are 22 per week over 3 or more days.
The successful applicant would be based in the Shrewsbury office.
