We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. A background in telemarketing or sales is advantageous, as you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and following up with potential clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for clients and team members.
* Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person to confirm appointments.
* Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track appointments and client interactions.
* Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
* Assist in telemarketing efforts to promote services and generate leads.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment details.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise scheduling processes.
Experience
* Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
