Job Description
This role can be based in any of our following offices: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, and London.
As a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Advise and inspire customers on how to achieve maximum business benefits from their new system.
* Lead a delivery team on Dynamics 365 projects. Progresses the objectives & processes, making contributions to supporting business functions.
* Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
* Assist with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
* Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching.
* Design and test customisations to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform system.
* Participate in go-live stages of projects.
* Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
* Carry out pre-sales engagements, building a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and business challenges, building and delivering demonstrations of solutions.
Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate team player with the following
qualifications
and experience:
* Significant experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys or Sales modules
* Substantial experience within the Financial Services sector
* Proven ability in designing solutions, facilitating customer meetings, and managing stakeholders
* Expertise in customising and configuring Dynamics 365 without code, including experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation
* Experience in data migration, testing, and validation of solutions
* Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
* Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
