Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Liverpool City Centre on a Hybrid basis
Salary: £Competitive depending on experience
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
What you will be doing:
* Designing, building, and maintaining release pipelines for our software and Infrastructure
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues of DevOps managed systems for Developers/Customers
* Onboarding new software into our ecosystem and ensuring compliance with best practices
* Working with Cloud Architects to build out systems which are provisioned to be scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant
* Engaging in peer review processes with colleagues and providing feedback and guidance
* Working with 3rd parties to translate requirements into solutions and managing expectations
What we are looking for:
* Solid experience with Linux and cloud platforms (Mainly Azure with some AWS, GCP) Proficient in scripting (Bash)
* Knowledge of automation tools (Mainly Terraform, Ansible, etc)
* Expert in using Git and following Gitflow
* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
* Experience in a DevOps or SRE type role
* Familiarity with .Net Core, Node.js & React applications
* Experience with web server technology (nginx)
