Job Description: Senior Contracts Manager
My Prestige Client is a highly successful family-run business since 1988. They are currently seeking an experienced professional Contract Manager to join their friendly and accomplished team, a well-established Health Insurance company, in a key senior position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a financially regulated environment, and demonstrate influence and engagement across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management and Negotiation
* Apply leadership in healthcare contract management, including cost negotiation.
* Ensure procedures align with FCA guidelines and reflect best business practices.
* Effectively manage appointments and represent the company professionally.
Financial and Business Analysis
* Produce and interpret regular reports to support business objectives.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement.
* Liaison with Claims Manager to resolve service invoice queries.
Product and Service Development
* Support development and management of company products and services.
* Guide and assist in developing support services through the Medical Advisory Panel.
* Stay informed of industry changes to manage relevant projects and developments.
Relationship Management
* Develop and influence external business relationships with medical service providers.
* Communicate procedural changes effectively across the organisation.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a contractual environment.
* Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Well-developed communication skills.
* Results-focused approach.
* Ability to persuade and influence at all levels.
