Byddwch yn cydweithio â’r Gweithiwr Cymorth Gwaith wrth weithredu busnes garddwriaethol prysur yn feunyddiol a chyflawni amrywiaeth helaeth o dasgau cysylltiedig, gan gynnwys ymdrin â chwsmeriaid a gwerthu nwyddau.
Byddwch yn helpu i gefnogi pobl ag anableddau dysgu ac anableddau corfforol i fagu’r sgiliau angenrheidiol i wneud cynnydd â gweithio am gyflog neu wirfoddoli.
Byddwch yn helpu i gynllunio a chynnal gweithgareddau llawn dychymyg a fydd hefyd yn eu helpu i ddatblygu sgiliau.
Bydd arnoch chi angen deall fod rhai pobl yn cyfathrebu eu teimladau drwy eu hymddygiad. Rydym yn chwilio am y rhai sydd ag agwedd ‘gallu gwneud’ sy’n gallu addasu eu sgiliau yn ôl gwahanol sefyllfaoedd.
Byddwch yn rhan o dîm ein Gwasanaethau Dydd. Byddai arnoch angen annog a chefnogi pobl i gymryd rhan mewn amrywiaeth o weithgareddau sy’n gysylltiedig â’u gobeithion am eu gyrfaoedd.
Bydd y dyletswyddau eraill yn cynnwys cynorthwyo unigolion na allant fod yn gwbl gyfrifol am eu hanghenion personol eu hunain a gall hynny gynnwys codi a chario.
Mae’n rhaid i Gynorthwy-ydd Cymorth Gwaith fedru dangos y gallu i fod yn greadigol a meddwl yn agored wrth gynorthwyo pobl i gyflawni eu nodau a helpu’r tîm i ddarparu amgylchedd diogel a chynhyrchiol i bobl ddysgu sgiliau newydd.

What will the job entail?
You will work alongside the Employment Support Worker to help maintain the daily running of a busy horticultural business, and be involved in a wide variety of associated tasks to include customer service and sales.
You will assist in supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities to acquire the skills required to enable them to progress to voluntary or paid employment.
You will help to plan and implement imaginative activities that will also help them to develop their skills.
You will need to have an understanding that some people communicate their feelings with behaviours. We are looking for those with a ‘can do’ approach and can adapt their skills to suit.
You will be working as part of a team in our Day Services. You would need to be able to motivate and support people to engage in a range of activities related to their particular career aspirations.
Other duties may include assisting individuals who are unable to fully attend to their own personal care needs this may include manual handling.
As an Employment Support Assistant you would need to demonstrate an ability to be creative and open minded as you assist people towards achieving their goals, whilst also helping the team to provide a safe and productive environment.
Resilience is a must in the care sector. We all have our good and bad days and the ability to remain calm and supportive is essential.
The role requires working weekend and Bank Holiday hours on a rota basis with others but we will work with you so you have a home / work life balance.
You will undertake an induction program and will be able to attend specialist training to give you all of the skills that will help you to give those that you are working with the best opportunities to fulfil their lives.
