* Providing consultancy services to clients and developing strategies and business cases.
* Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, fostering creativity and innovation within project teams.
* Defining the technology direction for projects and programs in collaboration with clients.
* Enabling business development by interpreting client briefs into sound technical proposals.
* Understanding the needs of typical stakeholders such as IT heads, marketing heads, CMS users, and product owners.
