As a Support Worker, you'll play an integral role in the daily routines of the people we support, including: Assisting with daily routines, promoting independence, and helping individuals lead fulfilling lives. Encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies, interests, and social activities. Supporting healthcare needs, including accompanying individuals to appointments and assisting with medication management. Teaching essential life skills such as budgeting, bill-paying, and shopping. Assisting with personal care as needed. Supporting domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking. Providing emotional and physical support, offering guidance and encouragement.
