Maintenance Supervisor - NIGHTS

A globally renowned manufacturer of products used in a wide variety of industries currently has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor within their highly automated state-of-the-art facility in Urmston. The company prides itself on providing bespoke, in-house training to all of its staff, while also heavily investing in external training and courses, which is why the business is regarded as one of the best places to work in the area. They supply to a number of blue-chip organisations in the UK and abroad and are extremely proud of their products being some of the best sellers globally.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will liaise with the Planning, Production, and Quality departments during line handovers, as well as focus on maximising production output through effective rectification of machine faults, preventative maintenance work, and continuous improvement activities.
For this role, you will need previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within a highly automated factory environment.

Skills required for the Maintenance Supervisor:
* Previous Co-ordinator experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Continuous Improvement (LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
