WHAT will I get from working with Cadmus Distribution Group?
* EARN: £18,000 per year
* EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
* QUALIFICATION: AAT Level 2 takes approximately 16 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?
You will be supporting with the organic growth of the finance team and developing your skills with the opportunity to progress within the team. Your daily tasks will include:
* Processing purchase invoices and identifying discrepancies.
* Posting bank payments.
* Liaising with suppliers or customers to resolve queries.
* Assisting with purchase ledger and sales ledger maintenance.
* Responding to emails / phone calls.
* Assisting with other accounting duties and supporting the accounts team when required.
* Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Level 2 AAT Qualification you’ll attend monthly online 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your Tutor to learn modules including general business, understanding your organisation, accounting systems & processes, basic accounting & ethical standards. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
The Level 2 AAT includes a Mandatory Qualification ‘Certificate in Accounting’ made up of 4 modules/exams including Introduction to Bookkeeping, Principles of Bookkeeping Controls, Principles of Costing & The Business Environment.
Minimum Requirements:
* UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
* Communication, team working & customer care.
* Logical, analytical, initiative, problem solving & attention to detail.
