Trust Operations Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DoE

Main Purpose of the Role:
To lead the team providing administration for the range of trust and financial products. To develop the administration service as new technology support is introduced and additional platforms and products are added.

Key Qualifications & Attributes:
Experience:
1. Experience in trust administration within financial services, legal, or accountancy sectors.
2. Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
Professional Qualifications:
Holding or actively pursuing the STEP Trust and Estate Practitioner designation is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with a strong customer service ethos.
2. Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a university degree or equivalent level of education.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
