Your role as a Business Partner will be pivotal in aligning our HR and EDI practices with our organisational goals. This will involve leading on HR/EDI projects to improve service delivery Taking a lead role at the Belonging and Inclusion Forum, ensuring that the working groups are effective and play a proactive part in Belonging and Inclusion Regularly meeting key stakeholders ensuring a through understanding of their business area people challenges. Identifying learning and development needs and evaluate and analyse the current learning offer Driving and promoting EDI initiatives, policies, and practices to create a culture of belonging and inclusion. Leading on People Performance and analysis for the People Team, providing data-driven insights to inform effective decision-making.
