Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Warehouse Administrator who is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team, Sales Managers, and its customers to ensure a high level of customer service for all receipt and processing of enquiries, orders, and associated administration.
The Sales and Warehouse Administrator is responsible for assisting the warehouse with orders and deliveries and maintaining stock levels.
Responsibilities
1. Sales administration:
o Effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries requesting quotations.
o Create quotations from requisitions/enquiries received.
o Liaise between the warehouse/Houston and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries and production.
o Follow up quotations.
o Sales order processing.
o Supporting the Sales Engineer/Sales Team as required.
o Updating price lists.
o Preparing and sending Certificates of Conformity and any other documentation required by the customer.
o Shipment paperwork and organisation.
o Invoicing.
o Ensuring stock records in Sage are maintained and accurate.
2. Warehouse support:
o Support Warehouse operative with checking deliveries.
o Support Warehouse operative with picking, packing, and assembly of pipe support orders.
o Assist with regular stock takes.
3. General office tasks:
o Being the primary person to answer the telephone.
o Welcoming visitors to site, ensuring rooms are ready to receive clients at any time.
o Organising visitor refreshments.
o Updating and issuing telephone lists.
o Ordering stationary/kitchen/office supplies.
o Other office administration as required.

* Undertake other duties and responsibilities as appropriate since all staff are expected to work flexibly within their skill level to respond to changing priorities and make sure that customer needs and business objectives are met.
Requirements - Essential
* A good standard of secondary education including Math and English at GCSE grade C (or equivalent).
* Substantial administrative experience, ideally gained within an engineering industry.
* Proficient IT user including experience in MS Office applications.
* Sales administration/quotations.
* Order processing.
Desirable
* Educated to A-Level standard.
* Sales Force experience.
* Experience of project coordination.
* Purchase Order progressing.
* Document control administration.
