About the role
Leading the Commercial point of view of Threads Styling from a Marketing perspective, our Commercial Editor will ensure all KPI's are hit. The role includes aligning commercial objectives with the marketing team's strategies and ensuring that all channel owners are effectively executing these objectives. Ensure content output is commercially aligned - that the omni channel plan is working its hardest to hit commercial goals.
To achieve this you will be working closely with Threads commercial teams to define and deploy the Editorial strategy. Manage the use and capability of external software to support decision making and content distribution
You will serve as planning lead with commercial stakeholders and synthesise points of view for the internal team. Being comfortable in developing and working to detailed, multi-platform content plans and supporting the Senior Director of Marketing Ops in aligning with interdependent teams (Production, Fashion Editors, Content Creators).

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we're really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 3 days a week together in the office.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.
Requirements
You Will:
- Be responsible for ensuring the business-wide Commercial Strategy is reflected in all Marketing efforts and fully supported by Marketing content planning and output
- Be responsible for leading on the periodic GTM processes, owning and populate the Go To Market Calendar with the support of the Content Planner
- Manage the Content Planner, overseeing all key functions and motivate team members fostering professional development to maintain the highest standards of output
- Input to the shoot brief the deliverables, commercial insights and also support on concepts per platform in line with respective requirements and objectives.
- Highlight key social, community and market moments we need to be talking about and where and how to engage with our community on these.
You Have:
- Experience driving social and digital growth within a sales/commerce environment
- A point of view on social growth, best practice, new platforms and functionality, different social media channels vs content
- Knowledge on what's happening in the luxury fashion space, hot need to have products, new trends, and influencer trends
- Experience managing social media & digital creative within a commercial environment balancing, inspiration with commerciality
- A passion and an eye for fashion content, but mainly from a social media management background
- Experience managing, leading & mentoring a small team
