Our client is seeking to appoint a Payroll & HR Executive into new role to manage payroll and HR functions whilst providing senior business administration support to Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage onboarding of new recruits and maintain HR records
• Assist with recruitment by liaising with managers and recruitment agencies
• Process payroll and pension through the relevant systems
• Manage and communicate on employee benefits
• Liaise with HR Advisors on employment matters and support managers on staff issues, including absence and disciplinaries.
• Assist senior managers communication on legal, trademarks, companies house, insurance and bank safeguarding
• Assist with facilities management, travel bookings, staff events
