Customer Service Representative
Location: Blackpole, Worcestershire
Salary: £12.00 - £13.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required)
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team. As a key part of our operations, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to service completion. You will work closely with our transport, sales, and operational teams to support our customers' solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
2. Order Management: Process bookings.
3. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
4. Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting the right solutions, upselling where appropriate.
5. Scheduling & Coordination: Work closely with the transport team to schedule collections and deliveries efficiently.
6. Account Management: Support commercial clients by managing ongoing contracts and ensuring service satisfaction.
7. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM systems, and handle payment processing.
8. Compliance & Safety: Ensure customers are informed about regulations and safety requirements.

4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
