The ideal candidate will be driven by results, is resilient and customer focussed with strong interpersonal and technology skills. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities (but not limited to)- Meeting or exceeding sales and market share targets in your area for the brand/s you promote Delivering your call plan and any actions aligned to you in the local account plan Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers to be the partner of choice Maintaining high levels of clinical knowledge in your specialist therapy area and high levels of NHS knowledge to fully understand the environment your customers work within Consistently achieving high standards of in-call capability, effectively using all promotional materials appropriately Demonstrating compliance within the AstraZeneca’s UKMC governance framework and the ABPI Code of Practice Essential Skills Virtual and face to face sales experience Presenting on different virtual platforms, with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills ABPI qualified (unless new to representative role) Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent Background Inizio Engage is an equal opportunity employer, and employment will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
