Energy Sales Representative
Location: Northampton
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 per year plus uncapped commission
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

With years of expertise and a customer-centric approach, the company is expanding the team and looking for a motivated Energy Sales Representative to join the team.
Key Responsibilities of the Energy Sales Representative:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, educating them about the benefits of switching energy providers and how we can save them money.
2. Use existing data and warm leads to generate new business.
3. Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable energy packages.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
6. Update and maintain accurate customer information and records.
7. Stay up to date on industry trends, energy pricing, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
8. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with leads to close sales.
Requirements:
1. Proven telesales or customer service experience within an Energy Brokerage or other Energy Sales role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
