THE OPPORTUNITY As the business continues to scale, we are looking for an experienced qualified Legal Counsel to join the team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in the team supporting and leading on specified matters in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment. A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY Play a key role in asset finance/commercial and contract related matters Assist across a broad range of work from a legal stance working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including electric vehicle manufacturers and electric vehicle operators Confidently manage general commercial legal related aspects of the business Drafting and review of a wide range of commercial contracts such as LOIs, vehicle purchase agreements, maintenance agreements, EV charger supply and warranty agreements, operation & maintenance agreements and service agreements Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders on key issues that may impact the business and operations – e.g. corporate governance, regulatory matters, data protection issues General day to day advice on key risk and legal issues Support General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel when required Health and Safety Actively contribute to Zenobe's commitment to health and safety, wellbeing and sustainability by; integrating these principles into daily responsibilities, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment, promoting both the physical and mental health of self and colleagues, and adopting sustainable and energy-efficient practices to minimize environmental impact.
